The Church. The Gospel. The Testimony.

Without sounding so emotional and going down memory lane, the Government finally announced the reopening of religious gathering and activities from today August 7, 2020, after Four months out.

I just want to express how much I love The Church and the stake of The Gospel.

Religious activities and gatherings restart today in Lagos/Abuja/Ogun, though I must say over the last four months has been all spiritual for me. I listened to edifying Messages, soul uplifting musics, prayer moments and I was like, ‘Thank you, I love you - thanks for the fire you share.

Thank you for those 'Elders of Faith' who listened to those Missionaries and brought this beautiful Gospel home and other places of the Earth. Of all the great things God has done in our lives, accepting to listen to those Missionaries, bringing The Gospel home and making us partakers of salvation, heirs of The Kingdom, even before I was born, was the best thing to have happened to us all. Thank you for being a useful vessel.

My love for God, The Church, The Gospel, can never be understood by man. No one can understand how just singing hymns makes me feel. How just being in Church environment makes me feel. No one can understand what God/Church means to me, so I do not bother explaining.

A Church as a gathering of saints that makes me know who the Lord is and makes me love HIM even more. A Church as an impact that has helped me in my choices. And The Church I'm looking or talking about is not a denominational set-up here.

I often ask myself where I would have been today, what choices would I have made?

Don’t get me wrong, I am not a person without flaws o! I am not perfect, I am only pressing for perfection everyday. I was not the typical holy holy kinda person o! Like David said, "in sin did my mother conceive me." But I know in my heart that even as a wretched sinner, His fabulous love and marvelous grace found me. This church helped shaped me to be a better person. If not, I know say I for bad wella (obviously, life turned out for the worst).

Well, this news of The Church reopening is very special to me just as all the Believers who uphold The Testimony.

What is actually on my mind now is how I will dance and worship God on Sunday when I finally get to The Church. As we lift our voices together in prayer, every seemingly dead situation spring to life, the bond we share, the healing dimensions, wonders of His Act when we praise and worship The King, how unstoppable we are as a mighty army that no contrary Power can stop. No way you did not miss that💃💃💃

For those who would want to say that God is not only in The Church.. Dear Sweetheart, it is an error and deception! "Read the Word of God, pray, worship and praise HIM anywhere anytime He will answer... Uhmmmmm!

Aren't we all tired of arguing, so called Christians. When David said he was glad when they said they were going to The House of God which is The Church, you should have questioned The Bible.

And If you're still one of those clamouring for online service, that The Church isn't safe for reopening, you can go tell the government to continue the lockdown on Churches, let's know you're anti-christ.

I think you guys should stop this hypocrisy.

How many times have you danced and stayed glued to your phone/TV during an online service?

Dear Sweethearts, there is a feeling when you dress up and go to Church (His Presence, where's He ready to give you His present)

Online service or doing it at home can't be compared to it. That can't be the new normal, if the saints still had to gather and pray for Peter's release. It can only be and work as an extension and furtherance of The Gospel.

Let's be sincere with ourselves please. It all takes one hacker or host server, and the online service you hold dear is shut down and gone.

As for me, I have dusted, washed and shined my dancing shoes... Can't wait!

For you, make sure it gets very dry, and iron your clothes very well for the special post Covid-19 Sunday Service.

Moreso, if the adherence of Covid responsibility had to be taken seriously, it has to driven home into the mind of members by religious leaders - not government. That healing starts with The Church!

Most importantly, words are not enough to appreciate Servants of God, Workers who have worked tirelessly with so much passion, dedication and commitment that The Church was still functioning properly, for every online presence we witnessed, you were offline - under the background bringing the potency and reality of The Gospel to our homes. We love you all and appreciate your labor of love. To those who still gathered in secret places to call on The Name of God, eternal blessings on you all.

A lady beside me was just silently crying, I looked at her and immediately knew why! Some may not understand how emotional and spiritual the church is to some. Some members of the church may also not understand. That you see a lady broken and crying under the atmosphere of worship, and you're thinking what's happening! Spirit virtue is passed into a man, and manifestations & dimensions of The Spirit takes over him, and you're left lost and speechless! You can't understand what just transpired, it can't be EXPLAINED, it can only be EXPERIENCED!

This is why when someone is giving a talk or bearing their testimony and start crying, I never ask why! I never wonder. I just lovingly smile at them because I know why! If you ask that person crying why they are crying, they may not even be able to explain.

Everytime I go in, and got out of The Church, I'm so renewed and revived. Ready to face the world. Ready to shine the light of The Gospel even in thick darkness. I always have a very big smile on my face, accompanied with overflowing joy and peace.

I love My Heavenly Father so much! I love His son Jesus Christ. I would serve the Lord forever. No matter the trials and tribulations, I would serve the Lord. Just as my dad, even as those on this journey before us, still loved the Lord, trusted HIM and never believed in any other God nor fake Gospel of salvation, so would I.

Men and Women whose constant testimony was and still is - that if it is the will of God to make MOST and do what He wants with their lives and, they would be glad, but if not, they would still be glad. Men and Women who never murmured. Disciples of The Kingdom who are feeling pains of the economy or state of affairs of the nation but never complain.

Men and Women who make Worship a work tirelessly, go to Church when they had the strength and when they didn’t, Members who would eat of His Bread, drink of His Bood and ignite the fire in our Church, homes, offices and place of habitation.

Some people look at me and often wonder! Yes o! Wonder! Keep wondering! You would never understand The Spirit in me. That Spirit is so strong and unwavering.

I bear you my testimony that God’s time is the best. Just as Jarius in the Bible that was patient when Jesus Christ that was supposed to go heal his daughter, met the woman with the issue of blood on their way. The woman touched him and he immediately knew a virtue left his body. People gathered, but he knew one person touched Him for a reason. The woman’s faith was so strong but Jarius’ faith was stronger. He waited, the scripture did not mention he complained. He waited and trusted that it would get to his turn.

May we have trust in God, the faith that He lives, the patience that His blessings would get to our turn. The ultimate love that even if his blessings do not get to us in this mortal existence, it would get to us in immortality.

I know that God lives. I know The Rock upon which Christ has built This Church is everlasting, and no gates of hell will prevail against it. Jesus Christ, is God's Church here on earth. I know he has given us Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, Bishops, and Teachers in our time, to guide us and lead us through the right path. I know that The Bible and all the teachings in the Church are true and inspired by God. I know that irrespective of the fact that there are mistakes of the past by those who set the path before us, it doesn’t take away the fact that The Church is true.

I love The Lord with all my soul. I love The Church, The Gospel of Christ, with all heart, spirit, body and soul. Now, that's The Testimony!!!
